We had the worst experience ever with this rental. It took us hours to check in. We ended up buying insurance (worst decision ever). When we walked over to pick up the car it was wedged between two pillars. We had to enter the back seat and pull the car totally out of the stall for us to get in and load our luggage. There was no one there to assist in anyway. The pick up spot was way to dark to take pictures of the vehicle. When we returned the vehicle it was chaotic to say the least. The people directing us didn't ask which car rental place so we had to circle the airport. Once we were there they took photos of the car. (Amazingly the lights were very bright as opposed to the dark pickup area). They found some light scratches smaller than a pen tip (which we believe were already there) What should have cost us less than $200 ended up costing us over $1,200. This was the worst experience we ever had with any car rentals! Big rip off. I will never use them or recommend them ever again. read more
