Being disappointed is a understatement. It's very clear to me that your employees do not take the time to inspect the vehicle for safety concerns. The tires (photos attached) is beyond the point of replacement and is unacceptable to rent to anyone! Then to have me wait in line to receive a vehicle (photos attached) that is clearly not what I reserved. Then again to wait in line to receive a vehicle that finally was safe to drive and met my requirements as a mid sized SUV. It shouldn't be up to the counter agent to try and convince me a Toyota corolla Cross is a mid sized SUV is completely a waste of my time and to be completely honest with you I was at that point losing my patience with the incompetence of the counter agents. I hope you can retrain your employees to understand that bald tires on a vehicle is unsafe and can cause a accident that can result in death driving a car with no tread.
