This was such an unusual place for a food kiosk to pop up - right in the middle of the mall on the first floor! I've walked past this place a bunch of times, always wondering how they bring in water to wash things since there is no plumbing hookup where they are located. I'm sure they have portable sink set up that works for their needs since the kiosk is small. They have a very limited menu that centers around guacamole and corn. Today I tried their "Mexican chips" which came with sour cream, shredded cheese, guacamole and chips. The guacamole was made to order and was yummy. I thought it was weird that the cheese wasn't melted, but I just used a chip to scoop up some guacamole and then dunked it into the shredded cheese. Next time I think I'll just stick with the classic guacamole and chips option. I think their avocado toasts look tasty and would like to try them at some point. read more
