Yes, that's right, I'm giving my first 5 star review. When I moved from Delaware county to Chester county, I didn't switch hair salons because I am a creature of habit and I was fine with driving longer to go to the place that I knew. Unfortunately, or rather, fortunately for me, that salon went out of business and I was forced to find a new one. I drove by Azule Salon every day on my way to and from work and watched as the building was transformed from a pc repair shop to a Salon. It wasn't far from my home in West Chester (at the time). Knowing that I needed to find a new salon, and as my hair started to get out of control, I would gawk/rubber neck in the windows as I drove by every day. I was trying to see what type of place it was before committing to an appointment. I couldn't find any reviews about the place because it was new, so I took a chance and made a cold call for an appointment. It turns out that it's a one woman shop. Rocia asked me how I heard about Azule and I simply told her that I drive by every day and figured I would give her a try. She said all of her clients are by referral and that I would be her first walk-in customer. I figured she must be good if she gets mostly referrals, right? Right. I have been going to this Salon ever since then and that was over a year ago now. Rocia is a wonderful person and she does such a great job at making me comfortable and doing my hair. Rocia speaks Spanish and French too. I usually only get a cut and color, I have never had to wait and I am out of there fairly quickly. She also makes custom jewelry as a hobby and sells it, plus she does mani-pedis but I haven't purchased either of those services yet. Rocia always makes me feel beautiful inside and out, every single time I go. I can't say enough about how pleased I am that I picked up the phone and finally called after driving by so many times. Even though I moved to Phoenixville, I still take the 25 minute drive to Azule. I'll be the Duchess here soon, that's for sure. read more
