You can't beat b-bops for fast food quality. The burgers are always fresh and delicious. . The double drive through makes the visit quick even if the lines are long, and they are almost always long! The folks running the ordering and pickup windows always seem to be friendly regardless of the weather. We have never had anything but really good experiences in Ankeny. The orders are accurate and they are courteous! As far as ambiance it's primarily a drive through ordering restaurant on a very busy corner! They do offer some outdoor seating with umbrellas for shade, and there is a walk up window for ordering if you don't want to drive through. When it's busy it's hard to get to a parking spot however. Pro tip! Monday night is the night to go if you want a smoking deal and the same good quality, they have a single 1/4 burger for $2.18.
