Back in Shape installed an irrigation system at my property, but it was leaking within a week. They responded promptly to the issue, but when they left, the gate was wide open, and the lockbox was left open as well. Seven days later they sent someone else to the property and didn't warn me or my tenants that they would be in the space. Finally, they added a $250 charge to my bill, despite not having discussed the additional charge with me beforehand. They said they didn't have the opportunity to tell me about the charge because it was an emergency situation (I don't know that it was an emergency -- an irrigation system can always just be paused). When I asked them to remove the charge, they threatened to come to my property and remove the valve they installed. Needless to say, I will no longer be working with Mario and his team. read more
