It took a year ..., We had a pergola installed last June and in was a total mess up. The company they used to install it didn't know what they were doing.BYD sent men out last year to look at it and this spring summer it kept getting worse. They sent two different guys out who new what the were doing. BYD then replaced the whole pergola.We are now enjoying our outdoor living area. Thank you and the men you had replace the pergola!
