A great addition to university and gotta love bagels. Plenty of seating inside. The back half is the ordering counter and the line but still plenty of both small and large tables to sit at. They're still working out the kinks so not blaming them for not having certain ingredients. Came within the first few days of opening. They have vegan options but went with their various smoked salmon specialties. A few choices for bagel types, ended up with everything bagels (since it's a good comparison) with the lemon nova and the supernova. The bagels were perfectly cooked and toasted. Slightly crunchy exterior and soft interior but without it feeling gummy. Lemon nova: of note, there is no cream cheese on this (just so you know what to expect, ingredients are written out on the menu as well). Lemon + salmon is always a solid combination. Supernova: my favorite of the two. I appreciate how there isn't a pile of red onion which can be overwhelming, I think it was actually pickled? regardless it + capers added a got amount of acid that balanced the salmon and the cream cheese.
