Bajaus (pronounced bah-house) is an awesome little place for mostly organic juices and smoothies. The owner is a trained chef that has worked in Las Vegas and Cabo and has decided to settle down in Los Barriles. He is just getting started and plans to offer fresh salads and should probably be up and running with his cold press juice machine by now. My wife and I really enjoyed our juices and will definitely be back. I had the Green Malibu which was really tasty and my wife had the Robust which I think had beets, orange juice, celery and walnuts in it. Check this place out!! read more
