Stopped in to try Bake Me Happy on my lunch break as my coworker who is gluten-free spoke highly of them. The women working in the shop were friendly and provided good service. Bright, clean, and colorful space where you can find a wide selection of strictly gluten-free baked goods, grocery products and coffee drinks. I first ordered their eggnog latte which I thoroughly enjoyed. I've tried many variations of this, but theirs is one of the best as they really pushed the eggnog flavor. Then I ordered two of their brownies and chocolate brookies. The brownies were ok. Moist, but not the best I've had compared to some other gluten-free bakeries like the old Mrs. Turbo's or Good Cafe. The brookie was so bad I don't feel it was even fit to be sold. It had an extremely hard/stiff texture. For the price paid, I can't say that I really enjoyed the baked goods. Would return, but probably only for coffee. read more
