Phil is awesome! He fixed my old iPod of all things! While I was in someone else got their TV fixed and another guy was getting help setting up a new sound system with Apple mixing software. He is really nice, enthusiastic and easy to work with! I think he can probably fix anything and he won't give you the run-around.
