Very good! I had a hankering for manapua and saw this truck while at The Vault in Redmond. The buns are perfectly light and fluffy, and the chicken was deliciously crispy. Nice level of spice too! But really the icing on the cake was the lovely service my friend and I received. We're from Hawaii and it's always so nice to be treated with aloha here on the mainland.
