We arrived under rain, cold and tired after a long trip from Naples, Florida. We were so lucky to have run into al Centrale bar/cafe. As soon as we walked in Alessia and Marianna welcomed us with open arms, hot pizza, a tray of fine cheeses and specialty hams and a great bottle of wine. Moltrasio, Lake Como was an incredible place but the owners of Al Centrale Bar were the best part of our stay. We feel we made lifelong friends. They promised to visit us when they vacationed in Naples, Florida. To say the least, they are wonderful people and a great representation of the Italian warm hearted people. We will go back in the summer and they will be out first stop. read more
