So, their smoothies are still great but I was completely taken aback by the terrible behavior of one of their employees today 5/10/25. I ordered my smoothie and was waiting for it to take it to go. There was a family who appeared to be waiting for smoothies and a few single folks waiting. Since there was no line when I ordered, I thought things would move quickly. No, I was waiting for about 10 minutes. There was a female employee diligently making smoothies but seemed to have quite a backlog of orders. A young male employee, however, was apparently not working but squirting a friend with a water gun from behind the counter then engaging in a long conversation with two friends. He slowly made his way back to help the female employee making the smoothies. Was he supposed to be working? Was that why there was such a backlog? I complained that my order was taking a long time and the diligent female employee expedited my order. If anyone in management is reading this review, this young male employee working today around 5pm needs some serious schooling in appropriate behavior in the workplace. I was aghast that he was playing with a water gun like a five year old instead of helping the other employee move orders along. SMH. read more
