The first time I took my dog here, I had previously looked at reviews and saw very few negative comments. My dog needed a trim and so I took him there and left him, since they told me it'd be an all day appointment. When I came back to get him, he was terrified!! He jumped in my arms and was afraid of me when I'd go pet him on top of his head. He acted like I was going to hit him in the face (which I've never done!). I thought just a sanitary clipping and nail trimming would be better, since I'm able to stay while it's being done. All was fine until I got home and the poor thing was unable to sit for a treat. He'd sit for a second then IMMEDIATELY go to licking between his back legs. After holding him, and looking at said area, he was CUT near his NADS (if he ahd them, he's fixed)!!
