Does not respond to emails or voicemails. Further they collected my legal insurance money for 1.5 years only to decide they no longer wanted the case ( of course they did not refund the insurance money). They essentially did nothing but use my legal insurance and then leave me scrambling to find an attorney and pay out of pocket before statute of limitations ran out.
