We had a front entry lock to a Downtown residential building that was broken, but only on the inside. It was over 20 years old, and not conventional. After three other locksmiths who either didn't answer or were too busy, Bar's responded on a Friday night, was there within 40 minutes, had the exact right parts on their van (including the unusual release handle), meticulously took it apart, replaced the handle, lock mechanism and a new cylinder (the old one had to be forced off), keyed it for both our specific key and our master, all in sub-freezing weather.
