I joined Basic Fit after been told that the membership was non renewing. After the first year it would not auto renew. They lied! I tried many times to cancel. They did not process my cancellation requests. After believing that my subscription was cancelled as I had not been charged, I get a notice in the mail that they would be sending my bill to collections. They had not notified me at all. Not by email, text or phone. Whilst on the phone asking why my account was in collections after numerous requests to cancel, I caught the customer representative on the phone in numerous lies. Beware! There are better gyms that do not lie & use very shady business practices. read more
