Let me start by saying the place is understaffed, these poor girls have to be overworked with only 1-2 people on staff. Secondly, this is the second time I've been disappointed by ordering a custom cake from this location. The first time I ordered a cake, they cake decoration was ruined because the cake was left out on top of the freezers where the ice cream is when I went to pick it up. This time, the top of the cake had indentations of the orientation of the cake decoration being changed. Will I order a custom cake from here again? Probably not. read more
