I just had an outstanding customer service experience with Baskits. I received a gorgeous Christmas basket as a gift, the Champlain XL. I was very excited, as it is beautifully presented in a big grey and white plaid basket, and it is filled with amazingly delicious products, such as gourmet salted caramel chocolate truffles, chocolate covered biscuits, chocolate bars, peanut brittle, shortbread cookies, and more! Unfortunately, when I opened it, I realized that most of the products had already expired. I contacted their customer service, to see if there was anything they could do. Despite the fact that their offices were closed for the holiday season, I received a reply from Cailin, who graciously rectified the issue promptly. In the past I ordered a gift from Baskits for a friend, a lovely large wooden chest, personalized with his baby's name and filled with lovely products. My friend at the time was really grateful for such a beautiful gift. It is refreshing to see a company with such high standards in terms of both the products they offer, as well as their customer service.
