I wish I could give zero stars. So I placed 2 orders that were close to $50. The carrier stated it was delivered which it wasn't. After arguing for 15 minutes I just said screw it and contacted bath and body works instead to get a replacement or my money back. When they emailed me back I got the normal I'm sorry speech etc then I read a bit more and then I get we are crediting me $2.80 + tax I message them back and I get one back saying that that they are giving me a $5.60 credit. Then I get a message saying one order has been shipped and another that says shipped but it says that there is only 2 products in the package when I ordered 10 all together.. I'm so pissed off right now I just want the products I ordered. Not a bunch of excuses from staff members and people stealing my money. Be cautious when ordering from this place. UPDATE 1/20/18 After tons of emails, they gave me another small refund and a free shipping and 20% off coupon. It didn't even work. I'm still fighting to get money back or a full replacement. I did receive my 2 order which pics will be posted on here. They packed way too many products in one box (which is fine) but not enough stuffing to keep everything from moving during shipping. The delivery guy told us that is was leaking and that's why my box was tied in a bag. I contacted Bath and Body works and all I got was more bs emails. They are sending a replacement order but again the shipping order they emailed me shows on 4 products were shipped out of 10 and not one of them is the products that needed to be replaced they sent the products that weren't ruined and that I don't need. I did look online and nothing says out of stock. This company is ridiculous and obviously don't care about their customers. read more
