FOOD TRUCK. For a $7 sandwich I expect something hearty. The "greenway" sandwich had well cooked redbeans with large unmanageable chunks of collard, and a spicy mustard. The roll was obviously fresh with soft center and crusty outside, but the portion of gouda was stingy. Otherwise vegetarian options are minimal. Maybe the $3 tacos are better.
