Prompt response to my inquiry; showed up same day and completed warranty water heater replacement! Warranty paid for new water heater; not labor to install which was another $1500. Meant emptying & removing the old one & driving 60 miles one way to pick up the new one; returned and installed new one after dark; however, failed to mention the exhaust pipe needed to be extended "to meet code" & "while I was there, I picked up 8' of double exhaust pipe" which would be added to my prior quote; charged an add'l $250 to buy & install extended exhaust!?! Seems pretty steep...but I guess I had to pay the OT fee??? It is hard to find competent trades people who service this area, so I'm just grateful a knowledgeable person showed up & got the job done... read more
