OK! Ive seen them on EVERYONE now! Facial hair has made a HUGE comeback. No not just on the upper lip, its growing all over the face...Some are trimmed short and have a groovy style to them(like Dave Grohl)...some are big and burly and look like Grizzly Adams..If you don't remember the show Grizzly Adams maybe you know ZZ Top. I love Jim Morrrison but hated his beard!!! In any case, facial hair is taking the place of the hair that's missing on mens heads now a days! I can barley take it when my little chihuahua gives me kisses..her little hairs tickle..imagine a full face of that rubbing all over your face...No thanks..(well I would make the exception for the Corey Taylor beard, mustache and hair trailing down part of his neck!!!)..I would grin and BARE it!!! I was watching a marlins game the other day and every one of them had the beard thing goin' on. Remember when Peter from Family guy grew the beard that had the birds nesting in it..It was a precursor of things to come..the BEARD! Sometimes the beard helps if you had a wicked puberty and were left all scared up, then YES keep the beard! Most guys look silly with those big bushy beards,,, Um, hello, you have crumbs in your beard...Is that a beard comb or better yet who do you think you are Colonel Sanders??? I am choosey when it comes to men and beards. My dad never had a beard. My uncle and grandfather had mustaches. I love a clean shaved face the majority of the time! I like skin on skin I guess! Its the latest trend and they even have a month devoted to it (MOVEMBER). Everyone wears funny stick on mustaches and looks funny. Being Italian I get a few wild stray hairs on my lip..I just tweeze those suckers off. Speaking of women, The Bearded Lady in the circus..is just...gross...hello..hair belongs other places not on yo face girl! I wonder how long The Beard phase will be with us, its like traveling back to the 60's when the Beatles all had beards...didnt they even have that album "let it beard"?? Even my favorite Jimmy Page donned a gross beard in the 70's! YUCK! I dont like the half grey half colored beards people are doing today either, that just plain looks weird. I am not a beard lover, a beer lover yes but thats a different review,,, Even OUR CM Blue has the beard goin on!! Beards are here for now and Im not that happy thats why the beard got 3 stars from me. the 3 stars were for Grohl and Taylor and of course Blue!!...and that is all I have to say about the beard! read more
