I made my first BedRug purchase in 2012 and I've been a fan ever since - this is really an exceptional product and the customer service provided by this company is outstanding. My most recent purchase proves that it doesn't require a professional installer to get professional results with this product. After the restoration on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ was completed I needed a new floor system to go over the spray-on Rhino Liner. I was a little concerned about the application and discussed this with a BedRug company representative and it seems that this concern was addressed long ago. The solution included an activator and some very aggressive hook and loop glue tabs along with instructions (there are also plenty of YouTube videos online to walk you through the entire installation process). With a little preparation and patiences you can do it yourself and achieve the results you are looking for. I also received an email reminder after receiving the product requesting that I register my purchase for the warranty, they provided a link to complete it online with most of the data already filled in (keep your shipping label and receipt until you complete this process it will make life a little easier). I know this is a purchase that you aren't going to make very often but I will tell you that's one of the reasons you need to make the right choice - this may not be the cheapest option but you'll love the quality and performance of this product for years to come... read more
