I'm a repeat customer and their Jeeps are always immaculate, customer service goes above and beyond, quick responses, clear and open communication. The entire rental process is quick including your arrival day as an assigned delivery driver contacts you with clear instructions and delivers the Jeep to you. The same process is followed for the Jeep drop off. All employees I've interacted with are always friendly and professional with great communication letting you know their name and time of arrival in advance. There are no hidden/surprise fees or deposits needed. The option to rent beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, etc is an added bonus and excellent quality.
