This beignet stand was at the Murrieta Hot Springs food truck festival a couple Tuesday nights ago. I was so excited to try it, we ordered a half dozen classic with lemon curd on the side. The freshly fried beignets were delicious and the lemon curd was ok. I loved the friendly and fast service and I'll definitely try other combinations if I run into them again. Thank you! read more
