This is one of those really nice railway stations that are unfortunately not long left for this world. The reason being is that it will be replaced with the level crossing removal scheme, which honestly, is really needed at this particular spot considering how much of a major road Bell Street happens to be. However, I will miss this lovely old wooden station, though there is a possibility that it might be saved for posterity. read more
