Honestly thought I was going to have a great experience coming here. I walked in and they said to come back in 45 mins so that's what I did. When I came back they sat me right away and I already knew what color I wanted. It took awhile for a technician to come up to me probably because every employee was in the back eating and talking. I waited 10 minutes for a technician to come to me and tell me to wait 5 more minutes. Obviously had no choice, I sat patiently for about 10 more minutes and finally she came to begin on my nails. After asking my shape and length she started. Right away whoever was working on me was talking to other technicians the whole time while doing my nails, she stopped 3 different times because other technicians would walk up and talk to her or show her something on their phone. Only took her 35 minutes to do my FULL SET, I'm sorry but that just means you rushed it. I'm very disappointed in how my nails turned out, some are shorter than the other and a few of my nails are crooked. NEVER again will I spend $62 on a terrible full set. read more
