Absolutely Perfect in all ways. It really takes a lot for me to say something is perfect because I've been in the restaurant business for many years. My family owned a well-known restaurant in Providence RI for years called Alfredo's. So we came here last night, Saturday on the recommendation from someone my mother knows. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted at the door by the maitre'd. We felt welcomed. We were then seated at a table in the main dining room. It was clean and classy. We had a wonderful waiter named Velat. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was also very attentive. He gave us world-class service because he cleared plates and made sure that the bread and the water was filled and removed old silverware and replaced them. We had an eggplant appetizer along with stuffed mushrooms. I also had a Caprice mozzarella salad that I shared with a friend of mine. Then came the salads, they were delicious, cold and fresh. I liked that the blue cheese dressing was homemade and you could tell by the taste. I had the chicken parmesan with ziti. The food was excellent. The chicken was very tender. When we were finished with dinner he brought the dessert tray with many of the desserts made in-house. Although we didn't get the dessert because we were going home to a birthday party. It was nice to see that they made an attempt to show us what they had. Upselling is important and expected in the restaurant business. Thank you for the amazing dinner and experience.
