I'm pretty picky when it comes to getting my eyebrows threaded. I've gone to the Brow Bar place on the lower level of the mall but wasn't the biggest fan. My friend recommended Bella Spa and she shared with me her experience and I thought I'd give it a try. When I walked in I told one of the ladies that was working there that I wanted my eyebrows done. She told me to walk over to her chair. As I sat down I explained to her how I wanted my eyebrows and that one of them had an empty space (I know so sad :( ). She looked at it and said that she would work with it. I like the fact that she guided on where to put my hands like one had above my eyebrow and the other below so that she can thread them. When she was done, she handed me a mirror to look at them. In my opinion I thought she did a good job. I was overall satisfied with how they came out. She offered me lotion to put on my eyebrows which felt great. When I went to pay she gave me a punch card that I can use whenever I go back again. Overall my experience here was pretty good. I liked how they were able to work with me and they even shared some tips on how I can take better care of my eyebrows.
