I had a great experience working with Dennis. Before hiring him, I had another electrician who spent about 2.5 hours working on the doorbell and the exhaust fan, but neither issue was resolved properly, and I was told the wired doorbell was not possible to fix. Dennis, however, took the time to carefully troubleshoot the doorbell for over two hours and successfully got it working.
In addition to the doorbell, he also got my moisture-sensing exhaust fan working properly and repaired several light fixtures around the house. What I really appreciated was his honesty--he clearly explained that the issue with the exhaust fan was due to incorrect wiring, and that the previous electrician had not actually connected the moisture-sensing module as claimed. Dennis identified the real problem and fixed it properly.
His pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the amount of time and effort he put in.
What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond. After completing all the repairs, I asked if he could help replace a light bulb on a chandelier located on a very high ceiling above the stairs, which is extremely difficult to access. He didn't hesitate and was more than happy to help.
