If it's your first time here and the entrance can be easy to miss. The sign outside just says 'Zero Waste Resource Management Center' and right before the stop sign for Harrison St. There are usually long lines getting in and out at the scales during peak periods. Expect a line of vehicles queued up outside before the dump opens at 8am. Mid-afternoon and the hour before closing time will get even more busy. Be warned that the dump closes its entry gate at 4:30pm sharp and any vehicle still in line outside on the street will be turned away. Tips: Make sure your load is properly secured or face a extra fee. Also wear closed toe shoes and bring gloves since it's pretty dusty / muddy in the unloading areas.
