YUM!!!! Dominican burgers are one of my new favorites, thanks to Berto's! I consider myself a burger connoisseur, so I've tried many variations... Woohoo- happy to have discovered this one! The bun is perfect! The meat is seasoned and the perfect amount for flavor balance with the slaw and sauce! Oh!!!! And the yucca frites! AND the maduros (fried sweet plantains)!! Plus the tostones! On top of the delicious flavor, it was quick and everyone on the truck was so friendly! My family will be tracking that food truck down every chance we get! read more
