I had my whole system replace by best services in 2013. They did a great job and I have had no problems until today. The line was freezing up so I called and was first told they would have someone out today but they then called back and said they didn't have anyone today. They also said they couldn't find any info on me as ever using their service. My concern is the best services sticker on my A/C says 24 hour service. That is not true. They do not have anyone that can come out until tomorrow. Oh well it's going to be a hot night in Florida. Update on this review. I had Dave come out to repair the A/C. He was very polite and knowledgeable and explained the repair. The part was covered under warranty but the labor was not. read more
