William was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This was the 4th repair person I've had in the past 2 years out to look at my LG refrigerator (including a LG company repair person) and was by far the most professional. He was very responsive to my text and kept me up to date on the progress of the parts ordered. I am not sure what the 1 star reviews were all about because he knew a lot about the product and even what I needed to do to have the warranty coverage cover the costs. Like most people in San Diego I have hardwater and it caused the electric components to corrode and the whole part had to be replaced. He was also very courteous by wearing a mask while he worked inside my house. I would highly recommend his work. read more
