Brian Is the owner of Bethune's barbecue and you have to go online to find out where he will be setting up next! I had the pleasure of trying everything! And boy when I tell you this is some good dang barbecue! The brisket had some nice OAK smoke and tenderness, The pulled pork was also out of this world! I would have liked a little bit more vinegar and salt on my collard greens but they were great and Bethunes was protecting our blood pressure! LOL! The ribs were PHENOMENAL and the pull on the meat was just right and it melted in my mouth! It was obvious that the chicken was so good that they ran out of it before I got there but my friendsthat got there beforeme gave ittwo thumbs up! SMH! Their peach cobbler reminded me of my great aunts peach cobbler from South Carolina so it definitely won me over! I was able to wash everything down with Brian's special recipe of a Pineapple Tea that was SO FREAKIN GOOD That I had to buy another one to take home with me for my wife! Hands down some of the best barbecue that I've ever had in my life, AND I BARBECUE MYSELF! Also they have like 4 or 5 different bbq sauces and I grabbed the hot and spicey one to take home the flavor bomb for myself later! I highly recommend that you guys go online to try to figure out where Bethunes will be at next So that you can make your taste Buds Dance and be as happy as mine were!
