Betson Tree Service was amazing! One of our trees fell into our neighbors yard during the night destroying our/their fence. I was not sure if their dogs were in the backyard at the time. They were not home when it happened. I talked with Sonny first thing in the morning. He had a job that morning but promised he would come after completing the job. To my surprise and joy, he came before noon, with his equipment & crew ready to go. He work was impeccable - he worked swiftly yet professional with the upmost importance focused on safety. I was very pleased with their prices as well. I had called quite a few other tree removal companies in the area. I was taken aback after I was quoted some very high prices. Betson Tree Service's prices were fair and manageable. After completing the job, I expressed to Sonny I was very upset still because I didnt know if the dogs were in the yard when it happened and that I couldn't reach my neighbor. Sonny volunteered to look for them - as a matter of fact he was adamant since he is a dog lover himself. He found them after searching for 45 minutes. I could hardly believe it, if I had I not seen it with my own eyes!! On top of going above and beyond, he then fixed the fence so the dogs could not escape again. I cannot truly express how pleased I was with Betson's services and the kindness he demonstrated. Although I hope this never happens again but if it does I have Betson Tree Services on speed dial!!!
