I reserve five star rating for perfect meals, and we didn't have a perfect meal. As much as we enjoyed the dishes tonight, there was one that none of us liked. The crudo was way too sour and the dish tasted like somebody just cut a few pieces of raw hamachi and soaked it in very acidic citrus and served it. Everything else was great.
