We closed on a house and the previous owner did not clean the textured garage floor. There were numerous oil stains and it was extremely dirty overall. We were in a big hurry since we needed to move our belongings into the home and garage ASAP. Dave quickly gave us a quote and came out the next morning to do the job. He was fast, friendly and did a great job. He and his co-worker, who might be his son (family business!), were very pleasant and informative and took our job seriously. He asked for pictures and requested we remove everything and sweep, which we did. The estimate they gave us from seeing pictures that we sent them was accurate - no hidden charges.
