I am extremely unsatisfied with my result and experience with the stylist. I am disappointed with her lack of professionalism and guidance during my hair appointment. I felt lied to when I read on the website that she has experience for dark hair going lighter, grey coloring, and highlights. My hair is not at all what I had asked for (I showed her specific pictures). It was the shortest appointment I have ever had and I felt rushed. There was a lack of consultation and guidance from the start. I had figured Bex and Co was a reputable salon so I didn't second guess but now I will. to top things off my hair is left completely dead. I paid $422 for dead hair, no haircut (which I had asked for), and not the result I had wanted either. I was left so distraught and so unhappy. Attached are photos.
My appointment was from 7 am- 11:30 and she did not have time to dry or style my hair so I paid and when I got home realized it was left with a blue tint! I had asked her about it and she told me to just wash my hair and it will come out. I never asked for blue hair. So I went back in and she "fixed" it and toned it a different color. She advised me to use coconut oil and to not curl my hair for awhile. I had reached out kindly explaining that the reference photos do not match the end result and explained I was not satisfied. She made a rude assumption and did not refund or try and come up with a solution. read more
