If you like your hair don't let Amy touch it. I went for a TRIM and I said 1" to remove the dead ends. She started chopping and by the end she took 5 inches. When I noticed I told her it's too short it was too late. She asked me if I was okay with a little more and to keep my long layers well I never expected my beautiful log hair to be chopped off. She needs to work at a restaurant chopping vegetables and not messing up peoples hair. I'm extremely upset as it will take me months to grow my hair. Layers are uneven, it's extremely short and she started to "thin" it out without asking me. When I signed it I specifically wrote down Trim. It would not upset me as much if at least it was a good hair cut but it's so uneven I'm going to have another cut to fix it.
