Bi-Mart is an institution in the Pacific Northwest, and though it started in Washington, the company is now headquartered in west Eugene. (I worked at one of the stores so I know a little of the history!) It's a membership store, so you pay $5 and you have a lifetime membership. They have a drugs section, though the pharmacies at Bi-Mart have closed (ostensibly a result of Walgreens' incursion). There's also an electronics section (possibly with photo developing still, though I wonder who still has a film camera for developing), housewares, hardware, and sporting goods. And then a catch-all department with food/clothing/etc. Bi-Mart sells hunting licenses and stuff, so it's not uncommon for people to come for that.
