Mmmmmmmm......bibimbap! Bring it. If I lived nearby, I'd be doing takeout from Bibille frequently. It's similar to a Chipotle or Moe's for ordering....lots of meal customizations available. I chose purple rice (I LOVE purple rice!) and my protein was shrimp. Veggies? All of them, please. Even some egg. Sauce? Hot. Since I'm a bottomless pit and hadn't had the opportunity to eat all day due to my work schedule, I ordered a side of salmon sushi pieces....and a green tea boba. The bubble tea is more like an ice cream shake with the tapioca pieces included - I've never had it that way before. It was delicious and took me a while to finish it (as it was basically dessert). I decided to eat in the small dining area - starting with my bowl of deliciousness. The sushi was delivered to my table from the back followed by the boba smoothie.
