Stopped by Biche for dinner and loved the food, service and experience. This was definitely the Parisian experience I was craving for. Thankfully got a dinner reservation for our group as this was a packed spot! There was also a huge party that overtook the other room. I had to get escargot, this was definitely what I was craving for! So delicious, and cooked perfectly in butter. Followed by the beef bourguignon, which hands down the best I have ever had! I think there was alcohol in the sauce, I tasted very strong flavors. Followed by the amazing chocolate mousse. This was what I came to Paris for! All of the dishes I definitely cannot get back home.
