I'd give the place a 3.5, but because of the 1 litre Guinness option I'll round up! Food was OK. Nothing to ride home about. 3/5 if I was to put a number to it... The non smoking place looks real nice and clean. But the nicer part is smoking, so 4/5 until the switch things up on that front.
