*READ TO ITS ENTIRETY* If I could give this company negative 1000 stars I would. The experience I just had with Robert the owner of this company was the worst that I've ever had. I used him a few years back for a move and decided to use his company again. The first time he scratched a our bed and broke an end table but since it was a 3rd floor apartment we decided to give him a second chance to rectify the issues and regain our trust. This was a terrible mistake. First he showed up late to the move (he did this last time)and rushed through it so he could hurry up and return the truck. My wife observed him break a piece of our couch and put it in his pocket like it never happened. He then scratched up our walls and doors ripping the paint off. He said nothing about this until I saw it, and wouldn't have said anything at all if he didn't see me looking at it. He said that he'd get some paint and paint it himself which I knew was a lie. Furthermore, he broke our hall tree to the point where it's in-usable and out on the curb for trash pick up. He did not take any accountability for this and tried to blame it on the quality of the hall tree. However, we had it in our garage for weeks with no issues until he touched it. He also lost the screws to our bed and our mirror so they're both not assembled back how he found them. But after all of what I said, he decided to make a large scene when we tried to bring it to his attention that we were not satisfied with the move. We tried to be cordial with him when explaining that a drawer in our dresser was broken during the move and he decided to elevate things to the point where neighbors were looking out their windows to see what was going on. It was around 7pm at night and this man was screaming at the top of his lungs because we told him that he broke some of our things during the move. He was not only disrespectful but extremely unprofessional. He THREW A SCREW AT ME when I deducted the cost of the hall tree from his pay and tried to embarrass us in front of our new neighbors. What ever you do, do not hire this man or his company to move your items unless you do not care about them and want to be disrespected in the process by someone who does not take any responsibility for their mistakes. read more
