I attended the recent Temecula wine and food festival this past Saturday. It was a beautiful day and big Dev's down home was one of the food trucks that were providing delicious food for the attendees. I initially did not try big Dev's barbecue as my wife wanted to have a lobster grilled cheese. I should note that there was a silent auction going on and I was able to bid and win a donation from big Dev's where he donated a huge tray of smoked barbecue beef ribs. My family loves beef ribs and so I was thrilled to be taking home his bbq. After the festival, I had a 2 Hour drive back home to West Los Angeles so I was smelling that good barbecue all the way home. Once I did get home I then opened the tray and couldn't believe how generous big Dev down-home was, there were so many bones in there with his meaty beef ribs. I eventually had a beef rib the following day for lunch and it was so delicious so well smoked great flavor. I am looking forward to making barbecue beef rib sliders for a family reunion in a couple of weeks so I'll be sure to post pictures of that on this review as well.
