Three times I have been somewhere when this caterer was serving food, and the last time was at a block party in Lake George, NY. The staff is super friendly. What amazed me was the chicken. I was surprised when I asked which of their barbecues they used to make it taste so good and they said "actually, none, it's just our special rub season blend and slow cooked". No wonder I didn't make a mess! They directed us to sample their selection of barbecue sauces and we agreed the blueberry was so good, we picked up a bottle! The chicken and bbq sauces are 5 stars. Not a fan of the coleslaw though, too spicy for me (I remember that from last time too, chicken was incredible, even the biscuit was really, really good, although small, but if I'm being completely honest, the slaw, I had to pass on both times.) One other time, was a party and they were catering. I had pulled pork sandwiches and it was maybe the best pulled pork sandwiches I ever had. Between the epic slow rub chicken and those sandwiches, I decided they deserve a great review. Super yum chicken and friendly service, giant portion chicken and potato makes up for small biscuit (tip, you're going to love these, ask for 2 of those).
