Big Earl's BBQ had a pop up at Sunday's in the Park in Ukiah! I tried the pulled pork sandwich & their signature Dirty Fries with Pulled Pork, and omgoodness mouth watering! The pulled pork had this smoky flavor that wasn't dry or hard, it was fresh! The coleslaw was soooo good! I was skeptical about dirty fries, but glad I tried it, this tasted like a million bucks in your mouth! They are family owned, and family operated! Meaning you will see Earl with his wife, kids, and parents cooking up and providing you great service! I will definitely consider them for catering a family event in the future. read more
